Greenhill Sports Ltd and its staff values your privacy. Your personal information is for use by Greenhill Sports Ltd staff in order to serve you. This information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties and information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s). information may also be used for purposes to improve our web site and services to you, to administer our site and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will only be used according to data protection act 1998.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
After receiving online order, confirmation of acceptance will be sent back within 24 hours. Greenhill offers products that may originate overseas and are subject to shipping delays. As a result items availability, shipping schedule, descriptions of items and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Greenhill reserves the right to limit quantities and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Greenhill reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order without prior notice to you to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item and refund the purchase price for the undelivered items.
All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by Greenhill Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. We may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.
Greenhill urges you to confirm your purchase and personal information before submitting any orders.
PAYMENT METHOD
Greenhill accepts all major credit cards, and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if confirmed by fax or e-mail. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.
All orders are charged to the credit card you indicate at the time of your purchase. Although most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase, you will also be charged for items on backorder. Greenhill carries hundred of products and there is always a possibility that an item you requested is not in stock at the time you make your purchase. In order to track availability of purchased products, place orders, and expedite the processing of your order in general, your order must be fully paid at the time you place it. If you do not want to be charged for backordered items please indicate that in the Special Instructions box during checkout. In this case we will credit your account for the backordered items and remove them from your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to ship backordered items if you do not agree to the full payment of your order at the time you place your online order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. If the item is not in stock, the order may be cancelled within seven days from the date of purchase at the request of the client by calling 01204 796 423 or by sending an email to sales@greenhillboxing.co.uk. Where your order is for Goods made to your specification, they cannot be cancelled.
BACKORDERS
Greenhill will accept orders for out of stock items. If an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. Most products are produced in out of UK and therefore shipping delays may occur. If you expect an item to arrive by a particular date please advices us at the time of order and a member of our staff will discuss alternate choices or shipping options. A backorder may be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
RETURN POLICY
All returns are subject to approval after contacting the Greenhill on 01204 416990 or by emailing us at sales@greenhillboxing.co.uk RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY OUR staff. Our Staff will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of its purchase price. Please note that returns that do not include a Return Authorization Number on the Address Label, will be refused. Returns should be sent to:

Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 10% handling fee.
DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER´S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as Greenhill assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange some items if they have not been used. However needs to pay postage cost for resending you the exchanged item. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard means of delivery Requests for Express Mail Service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee.
If a backordered item is cancelled, greenhillboxing.co.uk will refund the difference in shipping charges from the items shipped and the freight charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
An additional charge of £5.00 will be charged to your credit card for any refused or returned (as "undeliverable") shipment.
Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order. Selecting either of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2 days after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Greenhill reserves the right to ship packages "best way" according to the shipper´s delivery schedules.
Note: Please keep in mind that we do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any sort, including without limitation direct, indirect, special, incidental, compensatory, punitive and consequential damages.
